Director of Professional Services / Branch Director role in Port Charlotte, FL. Owns branch performance, growth strategy, and operations; leads clinical and operational teams; recruits and develops staff; ensures regulatory compliance and high patient satisfaction; collaborates cross-functionally to grow market share. Requires an active Florida RN license and 1+ year leadership in home health. Compensation includes base and quarterly bonuses with full benefits; typical schedule Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Florida RN license (required)
- 1+ year leadership experience in home health (Supervisor or DON level)
- Strong understanding of home health regulations & compliance
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
