Job Summary
Oversee Orlando and surrounding counties by coordinating, supervising, and delivering home care services while maintaining quality control under the Administrator's direction. Manage all personnel providing direct client care, case management, and scheduling teams, including caregiver education compliance and supervisory visit processes. Administer the QAPI Program, perform client chart audits, and ensure survey readiness with the Compliance Team. Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal licensure regulations while receiving client intake and referrals. Meet with the Administrator daily to review department activities and coordinate upcoming needs.
Required Qualifications
- RN License, State of FL
- Two years of home care/home health experience, in a supervisory/management capacity
- Excellent customer service skills required, with the ability to mediate and resolve conflict and complaints
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop positive working relationships
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with other members of regional and corporate leadership team to align office with company goals, mission, vision, and values
- Strong working knowledge of industry rules and regulations
- Must be able to think critically and propose solutions to operational issues
