Job Summary
Lead and enhance associate and student development programs while overseeing recruitment initiatives and managing the student program. Design and implement professional development, mentorship, wellness, and orientation programs, then coordinate performance evaluation processes for lawyers and students. Collaborate with firm leadership on talent strategies, approve and organize lawyer development events, and develop annual program budgets. Foster an inclusive professional environment and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive matters. This senior leadership role shapes innovative programs within a well-established Vancouver law firm, offering flexible work arrangements and a competitive compensation package.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with recruitment and talent management is considered an asset
- Passion for lawyer development, mentorship, and legal talent acquisition
- Juris Doctor (JD) or LL.B. preferred
- Previous legal practice experience is preferred
