Job Summary
Lead vendor promotions product strategy and development, enabling partners to increase visibility, order conversion, and sales through targeted advertising solutions. Own the product vision for key features in the e-commerce industry while collaborating with commercial performance managers, data scientists, UX researchers, designers, and engineers. Drive business results by aligning ideas with global and regional C-level stakeholders to secure buy-in for the product agenda. Mentor the cross-functional team and act as a product champion within the large global community. Operate in a hybrid model in Berlin, reporting to the AdTech team at Delivery Hero.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience building digital growth/promotions and products in a high-performance environment
- Strong track record of driving business results
- 7+ years of experience leading teams; ability to motivate and inspire others
- Demonstrated ability to work highly independently with a very high degree of ownership
- Highly analytical profile; ability to evangelise, explain and align the product agenda by reference to data and expected impact
- Strong ability to communicate, listen and negotiate to reach effective solutions in complex organisational environments
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Own the product vision and strategy to establish vendor promotions as a key lever for Delivery Hero's success in the marketplace
- Build a world-class e-commerce product through in-depth product discovery, focus on the user, and optimization for long-term product sustainability
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team dedicated team comprised of commercial performance managers, data scientists and analysts, UX researchers, designers and engineers
- Align your ideas with our regional teams and get the buy-in from global and regional C-level stakeholders for your product agenda
- Join our large and growing global product community and act as a product champion and mentor
- Make the most of our hybrid working model and join the team for face-to-face connection and collaboration in our beautiful Berlin campus 2 days a week
