Job Summary
Strategic, security-focused leadership role overseeing the enterprise-wide product, application, and AI/ML security program for regulated SaaS and financial-services clients. Drive secure SDLC and AI development lifecycle practices, embed security into engineering and data science workflows, establish AI security governance and regulatory-aligned frameworks, and coordinate with GRC, risk, and compliance teams to address client security requirements and audits. Lead threat modeling, secure coding, testing, and secure DevSecOps integration across traditional applications and AI/ML systems; manage data governance, privacy controls, and model governance across the development pipeline.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in cloud-first software development environments with an information security focus
- at least 5 years in product security leadership roles
- deep understanding of modern application architectures (microservices, containers, APIs, cloud-native) and AI architectures
- hands-on experience with secure coding practices, threat modeling, and vulnerability management including AI-specific threat modeling
- proficiency with security tools such as SAST, DAST, SCA, and container security platforms plus AI security tools
- strong knowledge of OWASP Top 10, OWASP ML Top 10, OWASP LLM Top 10, CWE, CVE, and secure development frameworks
- experience in Agile/DevOps environments and integrating security into CI/CD and ML pipelines
- leadership ability to guide cross-functional teams
- regulatory compliance knowledge for SaaS products serving highly regulated industries
