Job Summary

Lead product line management and development across headwear, team uniform, apparel, and accessory categories, owning the full lifecycle from market research and assortment strategy through technical development, commercialization, and launch execution. Manage seasonal and annual product strategies including pricing, margin targets, and go-to-market priorities while overseeing prototypes, samples, testing, and final approvals. Partner with sales, marketing, supply chain, design, and vendors to ensure products meet customer needs, brand standards, and financial goals. Coach and develop an agile product team while monitoring market trends, competitive activity, and consumer feedback to drive innovation. Collaborate with sourcing teams to evaluate vendor capabilities, cost structures, and production feasibility, using data and financial metrics to guide assortment planning and lifecycle decisions. This fully on-site role in Springfield, OR, requires a strategic leader with 8+ years of experience in the apparel industry to support long-term brand growth and category expansion.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Product Development, Merchandising, Business, Fashion Design, or other related field
  • 8+ years of progressive product line management, product development, merchandising, or related experience within the headwear or apparel industry
  • Leadership experience managing a product team, cross-functional initiatives, development calendars, vendor relationships, and multi-category product lines
  • Strong technical understanding of headwear and/or apparel development, including materials, trims, construction methods, fit, sizing, decoration techniques, costing, sampling, testing, and production processes
  • Demonstrated ability to combine commercial product strategy with hands-on development expertise, including experience translating market opportunities into profitable, manufacturable products
  • Proven experience using data, market research, consumer insights, and financial metrics to guide product decisions, assortment planning, pricing, margin management, and lifecycle strategy
  • This role is FULLY on site at our Springfield, OR location
  • Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a drug screen and background check
