Job Summary
Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for key products, including Wallet, Rumble Studio, and Rumble Ad Center, from market assessment through launch and lifecycle optimization. Define clear, differentiated positioning and messaging that drives adoption, then lead major product releases by coordinating cross-functional efforts and ensuring strong execution from planning through post-launch analysis. Partner closely with Product, Consumer Marketing, and Business Intelligence to align on strategy, conduct market research, and influence product roadmaps by bringing a strong customer perspective into prioritization. Build sales enablement materials and integrated campaigns to support pipeline growth, while defining and tracking key performance indicators such as adoption, engagement, and win rates. Lead and mentor a high-performing product marketing team, fostering accountability and scaling capabilities within the creator-driven media and fintech ecosystems.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles
- significant experience in SaaS, fintech, or technology-driven environments
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing product marketing or cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of building and executing successful go-to-market strategies that drive measurable adoption and revenue growth
- Strong ability to translate complex technical products into clear, compelling messaging for multiple audiences
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, particularly within media, creator platforms, or fintech ecosystems
- Experience partnering closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Analytics teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and insights to inform positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with comfort engaging executive stakeholders and external audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strategic thinker who can connect product capabilities to market opportunities and business outcomes
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong understanding of user needs and behaviors
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and drive alignment across stakeholders
- Results-oriented with strong ownership over metrics and performance outcomes
- Leadership style that builds trust, develops talent, and scales teams effectively
- Location - we prefer this person to be near one of our offices (Miami, Sarasota, NYC, Toronto (ON), Washington DC, but there is a possibility for remote eligibility)
