Job Summary
Director of Product Marketing leading global GTM strategy and cross-functional launches for a portfolio of products. Own positioning and messaging, translate customer/market insights into compelling narratives to accelerate adoption and growth, and build scalable GTM frameworks. Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership to shape category positioning and brand narrative, ensure consistent messaging across regions, and drive revenue impact. Lead and develop a high-performing product marketing team, establish KPIs, and oversee integrated campaigns and demand strategy with channel and partner marketing to scale growth.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS, health tech, or similarly regulated industries
- Proven track record of launching products and driving market impact
- Experience developing product marketing strategy, positioning, messaging frameworks, and sales enablement materials
- Strategic thinker with ability to execute tactically
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
- Cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar analytics & CRM platforms
- Microsoft Office experience
