Job Summary
Lead the full product life cycle from conception through launch and commercialization for Formlabs' rapidly expanding software portfolio, including firmware/UI, desktop command tools, IoT dashboards, and industry-specific workflows. Drive decision-making across engineering and hardware realms by conducting user research, competitive analysis, and identifying market gaps to shape the user experience of over 100k printers. Mentor product managers, prioritize hiring top talent, and navigate ambiguity to build innovative roadmaps. Collaborate with diverse leaders to accelerate manufacturing, dental, and other industrial workflows while maintaining a bias for action.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a product management role
- Previous experience leading a team with 5+ direct reports
Desired Qualifications
- Preferably have a computer science or embedded engineering background
- Started a company/new product from scratch before
- Experience scaling teams
- Track record of leading high performing teams
- Experience in B2B tech space
