Job Summary
Director of Product Management leading the end-to-end lifecycle of Lexipol's learning products in a fully remote US-based SaaS environment. Responsible for defining product strategy, delivering MRDs/PRDs, pricing guidance, roadmap development, and cross-functional leadership with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to drive revenue, growth, customer satisfaction, and competitive differentiation. Includes GTM planning, KPI dashboards, stakeholder communications, and potential M&A support. Must have extensive SaaS PM experience, strong analytical and leadership skills, and be adept at coordinating across teams in a fast-paced, regulated public safety context. MBA preferred and experience with AI-enabled products is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of SaaS Product Management experience
- Demonstrated success launching B2B and/or B2G SaaS products
- Executive level communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- MBA preferred
- Experience creating product requirements and user stories
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of public safety market (preferred)
- Certification in Agile (e.g., Scrum Product Owner, PMI-ACP) (preferred)
- Pragmatic Marketing Certified (preferred)
