Job Summary

Lead the Director-level product team by defining the operating model, coaching three strong PMs, and owning the growth, retention, and profitability roadmap. Drive the strategic shift from a single lawn care vertical to a multi-service platform, establishing a repeatable playbook for pool cleaning and future services. Own the agent-native vision, guiding how AI and agents integrate into the product for customers, Pros, and internal teams. Sequence tradeoffs ruthlessly across competing goals while ensuring the core lawn service quality improves measurably. Build the layer between VP and PMs to multiply team output, focusing on systems thinking and second-order effects across the marketplace.
