Job Summary
Lead product strategy across infrastructure, software enablement, and emerging customer-facing platform surfaces, connecting deep technical decisions with customer outcomes. Build and grow a team of senior product managers, establish a transparent prioritization philosophy, and partner with development and design to balance security, compliance, and customer experience while translating technical complexity into clear, actionable narratives for business leaders. This role requires broad technical fluency, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to operate across a wide remit in a fast-growing, remote-enabled SaaS environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years leading and growing PM teams
- experience across platform and product work (infrastructure, developer-facing tooling, customer-facing surfaces)
- strong technical fluency in cloud infrastructure, data platforms, core services
- exceptional communication skills translating technical complexity for executives and stakeholders
- prioritization philosophy focused on transparency and collaboration
