Job Summary
The Director of Product Management for the Contractor Division is responsible for leading strategic product planning and roadmap development, defining goals, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring alignment with global marketing strategies. This role involves managing a team of product managers, conducting market research, optimizing technology, and overseeing the product portfolio. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in product portfolio management, excellent leadership skills, and a strong technical background. Responsibilities also include preparing performance reports for senior leadership and collaborating cross-functionally to support product success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in product portfolio management
- Strong track record in strategic planning, product lifecycle management, and marketing execution
- Excellent leadership skills; 5+ years of team leadership experience
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong understanding of product financial metrics and ability to develop business cases and ROI analysis for new product initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Global industrial manufacturing experience
- Fluid and material management equipment product development knowledge
