Job Summary
Director of Product Management for JFrog's Artifactory core product. Lead and hire a team of senior product managers, define the strategy for the flagship product, and drive data-driven decisions from ideation to launch. Collaborate with multiple technical and business teams to ensure delivery meets expectations and contribute to a holistic development platform. Define priorities, milestones, and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks while continuously aligning business needs with product development. Requires 3+ years of PM management experience and 6+ years of product management in a tech company, plus experience in delivering web UI/UX research and design and strong leadership/mentorship capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct management of product managers
- 6+ years of product management experience in a tech company
- Experience delivering web UI/UX research and design
- Technical experience in Engineering, DevOps, SRE and Tech Support – huge advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills
