Job Summary
Director of Product Line CTG & Head Plant Controller responsible for controllership across Product Line and four manufacturing sites (Wichita, KS; Norman, OK; Cienega, Mexico; Brazil), delivering strategic financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting. Partners with sales, operations, and supply chain to align financial objectives, oversees 8–10 finance professionals, ensures compliance with US GAAP and Bosch standards, and drives standardized financial processes and continuous improvement across sites. Experience in multi-site manufacturing finance, cross-border accounting, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and strong leadership and communication skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA strongly preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive finance and controllership experience
- At least 5 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment
- Experience managing multi-site or multi-plant financial operations
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, standard costing, and manufacturing finance principles
- Experience with international operations and cross-border financial management (experience with Brazil a plus)
- Willingness to travel to plant locations (Wichita, Norman, Cienega, and Brazil) as required
- Familiarity with SAP or comparable ERP systems; advanced Excel skills
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Bilingual capability (English/Portuguese or English/Spanish) a plus

- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and data integrity in financial reporting
- Willingness to travel to plant locations (Wichita, KS; Norman, OK; Cienega, Mexico; Brazil) as required
- Bilingual capability (English/Portuguese or English/Spanish) a plus
- Experience leading finance teams through ERP implementations or system migrations
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leaders
- Familiarity with Bosch global finance standards and US GAAP compliance
- Knowledge of HVAC/home appliance/industrial manufacturing sectors (preferred)
