Job Summary
Director of Product at illumin to lead Product Management and Product Design, shape the platform's future direction, define strategy and roadmap, and drive cross-functional execution. You will coach a team of Product Managers and Designers, balance customer needs with business goals, build strategic partnerships, stay connected to market trends, and expand platform capabilities through collaborations with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. The role is hybrid in Toronto, requiring on-site Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in the downtown office and collaboration with executive leadership to deliver measurable value for customers and the business.
Required Qualifications
- Senior product leadership experience in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
- Experience leading Product Managers and cross-functional product teams
- Knowledge of advertising technology ecosystem and workflows
- Ability to balance long-term strategy with execution
- Strong communication and influence skills
- Ability to develop business cases and partnerships
- Experience with platform strategy, roadmaps, and APIs
