Job Summary
Lead end-to-end data plane strategy, including data registration, discovery, publishing, and conversion; oversee scalable data pipelines and event-driven architectures across ERP platforms; drive integration of enterprise data into Prism for AI-driven insights and intelligent automation; manage global teams responsible for data products and governance initiatives; partner with product, security, and compliance to ensure secure data movement and usage; establish and operationalize data governance frameworks including data lineage, classification, and controls; enable seamless internal and external data integrations across cloud and enterprise systems.
Required Qualifications
- Deep expertise in Kafka and event streaming architectures
- Strong experience in data governance, including data discovery, publishing, and data conversion processes
- Proven track record leading large-scale data platform or data engineering initiatives
- Experience working with modern cloud-based data ecosystems and enterprise systems
- Ability to lead distributed teams and drive execution across complex, global environments
