Director of Product Design

Director of Product Design to lead the design charter for ACKO's D2C business, define design strategy, build and coach a senior design team, and translate strategy into a prioritised design agenda. You will work closely with Product and Business to own design decisions, drive measurable outcomes (conversion, activation, retention, claims satisfaction), and build a strong design culture that elevates problem framing, hypotheses, and contextual research in the Indian insurance domain. Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate, with a mature design function and a focus on influencing what we build and why in a fast-moving fintech/insurance context.
