Job Summary
Own the vision and six- to eighteen-month roadmaps for your product area while managing a team of product and design talent. Conduct customer and stakeholder demos, analyze feedback and data, and own business requirements, release marketing, and the product lifecycle. Create functional user stories, lead Agile ceremonies, and collaborate with design, analysts, and engineering to plan development schedules. Lead discussions with technology and executive leadership to inform strategy, gain consensus, and problem solve. Own prioritization frameworks, competitive analysis, and build-buy-partner decisions. Manage and coach product managers and analysts, delegate responsibilities, and continuously engage partners to expand business or improve efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Proven track record leading product for a portfolio or business area, with responsibility for both strategy and delivery
- Experience building, hiring, and growing product management teams
- Experience with CRM, sales, service, or customer-operations products, or comparable enterprise/workflow domains
- Fluency with AI-native product workflows, including rapid prototyping
- Business and financial acumen, including building business cases and financial models to present to executives
- Excellent communication and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across geographies
- Strong customer focus and sound product judgment
- Based in, or willing to be based in, Chennai, India
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working across US and India teams in a global product organization
- Experience with arbitration, dispute-resolution, claims, warranty, or assurance/guarantee products
- Automotive or marketplace industry experience
- Experience building platform or API products that other teams build on
- Technical depth, such as prior software engineering experience, fluency querying data with SQL, and comfort reading and reasoning about code
