Job Summary
Lead all regional procurement activities across the Americas, ensuring alignment with global purchasing strategies while delivering cost efficiency, supplier performance, risk management, and sustainable sourcing. Develop and implement procurement strategies that support regional business goals, manage key supplier relationships, and negotiate contracts to ensure high standards of compliance and quality. Oversee purchasing budgets and forecasting, identify potential supply chain risks, and provide leadership and development opportunities for the purchasing team. Work with various internal teams to ensure procurement strategies align with business objectives and operational needs. Engage in market research to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and strategic supplier partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive procurement and supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment
- At least 5 years in a regional or global leadership role within a large global, multi-national company
- Deep knowledge of sourcing practices, supplier management, and contract negotiation
- Proven track record in delivering cost savings and supplier performance improvements
- Experience working in a multinational, matrixed organization and driving procurement transformation
- Familiarity with large ERP systems
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in English

- Lean Six Sigma (LSS)
- Green Belt certification
- Proficiency in Spanish and/or German
