Director of Procurement

Job Summary
Lead regional procurement across the Americas (AM) region; develop procurement strategies that align with global purchasing strategies; manage key supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, oversee purchasing budgets and forecasting, ensure compliance and quality; identify and mitigate supply chain risks; drive continuous improvement and value creation through supplier partnerships and market insights; provide leadership and development for the purchasing team; experience in multinational, matrixed organizations; familiarity with ERP systems (SAP a plus); Lean Six Sigma experience (Green Belt preferred); fluent English required with Spanish and/or German highly desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
