Job Summary
Lead a cross-border procurement team of 15+ across the US and Canada, managing a broad spend portfolio including raw materials, capital equipment, logistics, and resale accessories. Secure quality and value without compromising operational standards, while building dual-source options and managing supplier risk to ensure supply security. Own strategic supplier relationships at the senior level, negotiate agreements, and leverage AI and automation to transform data into actionable insights. Deliver structured reporting on costs, risks, and savings to executive leadership, driving measurable year-over-year value and operational discipline. Provide strategic direction to a dedicated resale accessories team and maintain consistent processes across both countries.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of procurement experience
- at least 4 years leading a team
- manufacturing, building materials, or a related industry
- Proven ability to deliver cost savings
- manage complex supplier relationships
- build procurement structure that scales
- Experience working across the US and Canada
- sourcing from international markets (Europe, Asia, and beyond)
