Director of Procurement and Sourcing

Develop and execute the company's global sourcing strategy for outdoor furniture and in-pool product categories, owning the complete supplier lifecycle from identifying manufacturing partners to managing purchase order execution. Lead day-to-day purchasing operations, including PO creation, order placement, and delivery management, while serving as the primary contact for supplier communications regarding schedules, pricing, and quality. Partner with Product Development, Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Finance to support New Product Development, SIOP planning, and long-term business growth. Negotiate supplier agreements on pricing, terms, and capacity, establishing scorecards to monitor performance across cost, quality, and innovation. Identify and onboard new suppliers to drive product innovation and mitigate supply risks, ensuring sourcing decisions align with manufacturing constraints and demand variability.
