Job Summary
Lead the implementation and optimization of MCR’s Coupa platform, serving as the system architect. Manage configurations across invoicing, purchasing, payments, and approval chains. Oversee complex integrations with MCR’s core systems and build custom workflows to enhance procure-to-pay processes. Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for finance and leadership while ensuring compliance and managing training initiatives. Requires significant Coupa experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience implementing and configuring enterprise business software applications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Coupa experience required
- Demonstrated expertise with Coupa integrations, particularly two-way integrations with Sage Intacct
- Strong technical proficiency in API development, middleware tools (e.g., Boomi), flat-file integrations, and system-to-system data flows
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in multi-entity environments (preferably hospitality or asset-heavy industries)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
