Director of Process Engineering

Director of Process Engineering oversees engineering strategy and provides strategic leadership for aerospace/regulatory manufacturing environments. Responsibilities include defining and executing the organization’s engineering strategy, ensuring compliance with AS9100 and FAA/EASA regulations, overseeing multiple engineering disciplines (process, quality, test, configuration management, floor support), managing team leads, and driving end-to-end project execution to deliver on time and within budget.
