Job Summary
Manage all facets of premium food and beverage operations at Highmark Stadium, including Clubs, Suites, and InSeat Service, to achieve operational budgets and accurate monthly P&L reporting. Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to staff while overseeing inventory, safety procedures, and equipment maintenance. Develop annual operating budgets, recruit and train event service staff, and collaborate with subcontractors to meet contract terms and incorporate industry trends. Ensure proper customer relations and financial practices across all pertinent areas of premium services operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 5-7 years of management experience in the contract foodservice industry, with at least 3 years in premium services or the equivalent, in a sports and entertainment venue
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment
- Must have unwavering commitment to delivering a high level of customer and client service with demonstrated initiative, leadership and management skills
- Must be available to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Experience with Appetize and NCR/Quest point-of-sales systems is required
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
- Must be able to lift, push, pull approximately 25lbs
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours during a single shift, while navigating ramps, stairs and elevators
- Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays including all games and major stadium events
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of accounting policy and procedures is preferred
- Experience in a union work environment preferred
