Job Summary
Lead Brandt's Precision Technology across Australia, driving strategy, sales growth, market expansion, and customer adoption of industry-leading agricultural technology solutions. Direct and develop the Precision Technology team, partner with branch leadership to drive customer and business outcomes, forecast and manage performance, recruit and coach personnel, and build strong relationships with customers, industry partners, and key stakeholders. Drive technology adoption through effective sales, support, and training initiatives; identify growth opportunities and emerging technologies to maximize productivity for customers. Requires leadership experience, strong knowledge of precision agriculture or equipment sales, ability to travel domestically and internationally, and excellent communication and strategic planning skills.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership experience with a track record of driving sales growth and business performance
- Strong knowledge of precision agriculture, agricultural technology, or equipment sales
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders
- Experience coaching, developing, and leading successful teams
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic planning capabilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel domestically and internationally
