Director of Pre-Construction

Lead, manage, and develop all preconstruction personnel while delivering accurate, risk-aware budgets and proposals. Participate in Facility Assessment exercises, execute pursuit strategies aligned with Division President direction, and plan workload, staffing, and resource allocation. Establish estimating standards and tools, lead design-assist efforts for pre-bid budget validation and scope definition, and facilitate Preconstruction-to-Operations handoffs. Coach, mentor, hire, and develop team members; conduct performance reviews and support client presentations and relationship building. Requires 10+ years in preconstruction and estimating with proven leadership experience.
