Director of Population Health

Develop and lead the implementation of policy, procedures, and initiatives for assigned services while collaborating with insurance and clinic partners to design Population Health programs. Establish service area goals and standards aligned with medical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements. Plan, organize, and direct staffing activities including hiring, orientation, evaluation, and continuing education. Prepare the service area budget and ensure departmental operations remain within allocated funds. Coordinate and direct both internal and external audits. Requires a Master's degree, minimum two years of leadership experience, and prior familiarity with Maryland's Total Cost of Care reimbursement model.
