Director of Plant Operations

Oversees care and maintenance of the community's physical plant, maintains a preventative maintenance program, hires/trains/supervises plant and housekeeping staff, coordinates life safety and security programs, procures supplies/equipment, and assists with budget preparation and operating within budget. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment and systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, providing timely service responses to residents and staff, planning with the Executive Director on long-range needs, and managing department expenditures within budget. Qualifications include a High School diploma and an Associates degree or equivalent; maintenance supervision experience preferred.
