Job Summary
Director of Plant Engineering overseeing a flagship facility within a Fortune 500 Food/Beverage company. Reports to the Plant Manager and leads engineering professionals and cross-functional project teams on multi-million-dollar capital projects (> $30M). Responsible for executive management of projects, development of the engineering team, management of contractors, and delivering strategic objectives. Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 15+ years in engineering/manufacturing with 7+ years in Food/Beverage, and expertise across Electrical, Mechanical, and Ammonia Refrigeration. Offers a highly competitive compensation package including up to 20% bonus, 9% 401K match, RSUs, and relocation support. Based in Russellville, AR.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a higher qualification
- Minimum 15 years of experience in engineering and manufacturing
- At least 7 years in Food/Beverage industry
- Strong expertise in Electrical, Mechanical, and Ammonia Refrigeration
- Leadership experience in large multi-million dollar capital projects
- Servant leadership mentality with collaborative and empowering work environment
- Experience in strategy development and budget management for high-level projects
