Director of Planning, Development, and Construction

Director of Planning, Development, and Construction leads the Department of Planning for Frederick County Public Schools, directing data collection and pupil membership projections, steering the Five-Year Capital Improvements Program, reviewing rezoning impact on school sites, coordinating with developers and local governments, and developing legislative positions and communications with the School Board and state bodies.
