Job Summary
Design and oversee a comprehensive performance improvement program for the PI & Risk Department, coordinating reports to the Quality Committee, Medical Executive Committee, and Board on daily, monthly, and annual bases. Supervise performance improvement activities, review department metrics, and maintain records of statistical tools used for studies. Assist with Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA, and state surveys while collecting and submitting data for ORYX monitoring and IPF reporting. Log official correspondence from accrediting agencies and share findings with appropriate committees. This full-time role in Marysville, WA, offers up to $110,000 annually and includes 401(k) matching, health insurance, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Nursing or a health-related field
- 2-3 years' experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting involving quality improvement
- Licensed to practice nursing or mental health related field in the State of Washington
