Director of Physician Recruiting (Remote)

Advise physician candidates and clients by building rapport via phone calls and emails to source and screen physicians. Emphasize opportunity features, quote salary, and prepare candidates for interviews while effectively presenting information and responding to questions. Drive Physician Marketing campaign efforts, manage the recruiting process, and investigate and resolve client concerns. Consult with clients throughout the search to make recommendations that aid in a successful placement. Provide consistent communication, feedback, and reports. Requires 5+ years of recruiting experience, sales background, and ability to travel up to 25%.
