Job Summary
Director of Physician Partnerships who hunts for new opportunities across physician practices, specialty groups, and healthcare organizations nationwide. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution, generating new revenue with minimal handoffs. Prospect and build relationships with Practice Administrators, Physicians, COOs, and Owners, conduct discovery to identify growth opportunities, present RPM Healthcare solutions, negotiate and close new business, and identify expansion within existing accounts. Responsibilities include outbound calls, in-person meetings, building a robust pipeline through cold outreach and referrals, forecasting accurately, and consistently exceeding revenue targets. Requires completing a voicemail challenge as part of the application process. Previous backgrounds in healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, physician liaison, or related experience are preferred. Compensation includes base salary ($75,000-$90,000) with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $200,000+ and uncapped commissions/bonuses; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and remote work environment. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of business development or healthcare sales experience
