Job Summary
Director of Physical Therapy is responsible for the clinical, operational, and strategic leadership of the PT and OT departments at Spencer Orthopedics in Palm Desert & La Quinta, CA. This role oversees therapists and support staff, drives growth initiatives, maintains clinical excellence, and collaborates with orthopedic providers. Essential responsibilities include clinical leadership and patient care, department leadership and staff development, operations, quality improvement, and compliance, growth, marketing, and business development, and strategic planning and expansion of rehabilitation services.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- California PT license or eligibility
- Minimum 5 years outpatient orthopedic experience
