Director of Physical Security (Multiple Offices)

Lead the development and management of the Firm’s physical security strategy across multiple U.S. offices, ensuring protection of personnel, facilities, and assets. Design and administer secure facility real estate buildouts, maintain access control and cloud-based CCTV systems, manage emergency communications, and develop security policies and procedures. Oversee executive protection programs, conduct onsite threat assessments, collaborate with IT on deployments, participate in physical security and client security audits, and lead tabletop exercises. Build and sustain relationships with onsite security teams, while guiding cross-functional teams and external partners to maintain a healthy, secure workplace. Travel up to 35% and operate in a hybrid work environment (in-office ≥3 days/week, remainder remote).
