Job Summary
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of shooting projects for church ministries, worship services, and special events, including pre-production creative concepts and on-site execution. Manage the TV studio's camera gear, lighting, and grip elements while collaborating with producers to determine camera placement, lens selection, and lighting looks. Take the lead on assigned projects, ensuring proper execution of creative designs and maintaining excellent communication with other ministries. Schedule TV studio shoots and manage project timelines while adhering to a Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility for scheduled events.
Required Qualifications
- Growing relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as an active member of PBC

- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 5 years experience working in a studio production environment
- Proficient on Google, Microsoft Office, and Apple products
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or DaVinci Resolve
- Project management experience
- Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility for scheduled projects
- Ability to work at a desk with a computer screen for extended periods of time
- Ability to perform physical activities that require moving one's whole body, such as walking, stooping, lifting, pushing/pulling a cart
- Ability to lift/move gear up to 40 pounds without assistance
