Job Summary
Develop and monitor a strategic fund development plan supporting the organization's goals, leading large-scale fundraising initiatives including major giving, capital, and planned campaigns. Cultivate, solicit, and steward relationships with major donors, corporations, foundations, board members, and staff while supervising a team managing donor systems and grant contracts. Oversee fundraising events, review grant proposals for foundation and government funders, and integrate communications strategies to achieve development objectives. Serve as a member of the Senior Leadership Team and the Fund Development Committee, representing the Center at community events. Requires 10+ years in professional fundraising, a Master's degree preferred, and ability to work evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience in professional corporate and individual fundraising
