Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy for the Austin region, aligning with Texas Children's philanthropic vision and long-term growth objectives. Partner with executive leadership, physicians, and clinical leaders to integrate philanthropy into regional clinical expansion, patient care, research, and community engagement initiatives. Cultivate strong relationships with donors, volunteers, and civic leaders to advance fundraising priorities and strengthen the organization's presence in Central Texas. Recruit, coach, and mentor a high-performing fundraising team while personally managing a portfolio of major gift prospects to achieve annual goals. Establish clear performance expectations, monitor outcomes, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize team effectiveness. Ensure accurate donor documentation within CRM systems and promote operational excellence through efficient practices and continuous process improvement.
