Job Summary
Director of Pharmacy oversees all hospital pharmacy services at Gila Regional Medical Center, directing budget/P&L, ensuring legal, regulatory and accrediting compliance, maintaining professional presence, and leading staffing, policy development, and operational objectives. Requires a Pharmacy Degree (B.S. or PharmD) and an active New Mexico pharmacist license (or ability to obtain within three months). Infusion clinic experience and prior management experience are preferred; 340B experience is preferred. Anticipated salary range: $121,600-$191,070. Cardinal Health offers comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Pharmacy Degree (B.S. or PharmD)
- Active New Mexico state pharmacist license (or ability to obtain within three months of employment)
- Infusion clinic experience preferred
- Prior management experience highly preferred
