Job Summary
Director, High Value Action (HVA) Personalization leads the end-to-end HVA framework and catalog development, prioritization, and activation across channels (Email, Push, Web, in-store, Deals Hub) to drive scalable enterprise growth. The role orchestrates cross-functional partnerships across CRM, Product, Data Science, Merchandising, Loyalty, and Operations; designs repeatable operating models, playbooks, and measurement philosophies with leading/lagging indicators and incrementality frameworks; and drives activation strategies through channels, cadence, and governance. The position manages a team of 3 (1 senior manager, 2 managers) and is based in Pleasanton, CA, with a focus on accelerating digital engagement, customer retention, and CLV through scalable personalization initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in personalization, CRM, lifecycle marketing, growth, or analytics-driven marketing
- Proven experience operating in highly matrixed environments with product, engineering, and data science partners
- Strong understanding of experimentation, incrementality, and customer value measurement
- Demonstrated ability to scale complex initiatives through operating models and playbooks
- Executive-level communication and influence skills
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and senior stakeholders
