Job Summary
Director of Permanent Placement to lead the permanent placement division for a dental staffing firm. Drive strategy to grow and enhance the division, build and maintain relationships with dental practices, and oversee end-to-end recruitment to ensure high-quality placements. Manage and mentor a team of permanent placement specialists, oversee sourcing, screening, and placement processes, stay aligned with market trends, and use data and KPIs to measure performance. Collaborate with other departments to optimize company-wide initiatives and position the firm as a leader in dental recruiting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition with focus on permanent placement
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- In-depth understanding of the dental industry and permanent placement processes advantageous
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in recruitment software, CRM tools, and data analytics
