Job Summary
Oversee performance management systems within MV Transportation's maintenance department by developing strategic plans, implementing analytics, and optimizing metrics to ensure efficient fleet operations. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze maintenance data for trends, and prepare regular reports for senior management while managing departmental budgets. Identify process improvements in partnership with divisions, mentor maintenance professionals, and ensure regulatory compliance. Integrate vehicle accident estimation processes using predictive analytics to enhance fleet management and reduce accident rates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, computer science, statistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in maintenance management or a related role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing performance management systems
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
- Must be subject to a pre-employment drug test and background check after receiving a conditional offer of employment
