Job Summary

Lead the Home Care Division's Performance Improvement Program, overseeing quality reviews, infection prevention, managed care, regulatory compliance, and medical review audits. Monitor clinical quality including OASIS outcomes and HHVBP, identify improvement trends, and coordinate responses to Medicare and payer audits such as RAC, TPE, and SMRC. Facilitate root cause analyses, present performance data to leadership, and ensure adherence to federal and state survey requirements. Requires a New York RN license, Master's degree, and five years of home health management experience. Salary $170,000–$210,000 annually.

Required Qualifications

  • New York State Registered Nurse license
  • Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health or a related healthcare field
  • A minimum of five years of progressive management experience in a Medicare-certified home health agency
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation, OASIS, HHVBP, infection prevention and control, regulatory requirements, audits, appeals and home health reimbursement
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Communication skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Meeting facilitation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
