Director of People & Operations to lead operations, team development, HR processes, and organizational infrastructure for a fast-growing law firm. Build accountability systems, lead recruiting, onboarding, retention, and training programs; strengthen culture and communication; oversee HR compliance and operational best practices; scale organizational structure; collaborate with ownership and leadership to drive growth and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, HR, people operations, or team management
- Strong experience building systems and improving processes
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
- Comfortable leading performance and accountability conversations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Professional services or law firm experience
- Experience scaling a small-to-mid-sized business

- Experience building KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems
