Job Summary
Director of People Operations leading the day-to-day people function for Gray Residential across corporate and property-management teams. Build and optimize HR fundamentals (compliance, employee relations, benefits, hiring, onboarding, documentation) while driving culture, onboarding improvements, training, and manager development. Act as a light recruiter/talent partner to shape postings, interview workflows, and first impressions of new employees. partner with ownership and leadership to create an intentional, operating HR system that supports hourly/field-based teams and multi-site operations, aligning HR decisions with resident experience and NOI.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR, people operations, recruiting, or employee relations experience
- experience with hourly or field-based teams
- multifamily experience a strong plus
