Job Summary
Lead all HR and people operations across multiple divisions for a workforce of 450+ employees. Oversee recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, training, payroll coordination, compliance, engagement, and retention while creating an outstanding employee experience. Requires 5+ years of HR leadership experience with strong knowledge of compliance and payroll. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. This role supports a growing company in Brooklyn, NY, offering a salary range of $100k–$160k.
Required Qualifications
