Job Summary
Lead the company's human resources strategy and daily operations while overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Manage full-cycle recruiting for all positions, handle offboarding processes, and drive training and development initiatives to foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture. Partner with leadership to attract and retain top talent, ensuring HR practices align with long-term strategic objectives and company values. This role requires 5+ years of progressive HR experience and proficiency in HR technology platforms.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employee onboarding.
- Working knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and best practices.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR technology platforms.
- Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods.
- Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to travel locally for recruiting events, career fairs, and company meetings as needed.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
- Experience in the construction, skilled trades, manufacturing, or service industries.
- Experience managing apprenticeship or workforce development programs.
- Experience leading culture, engagement, and employee development initiatives.
