Job Summary

Lead and oversee the People & Culture function across all restaurant concepts, driving HR strategy and operational excellence in a multi-unit hospitality group. Develop and coach leadership teams, oversee recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning, and strengthen employee engagement, culture, and organizational standards. Manage employee relations matters, workplace investigations, compliance with employment laws and policies, and the ongoing optimization of People & Culture systems and processes. Partner with restaurant leadership to enhance retention, development, and the overall employee experience, with travel between locations as required. Proactive, collaborative, and confidentiality-minded HR leadership with a track record in hospitality or multi-unit operations is essential.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Human Resources leadership experience, preferably in hospitality or multi-unit operational environments
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, investigations, employment practices, and workplace compliance
  • Experience coaching and developing leaders in fast-paced operational environments
  • Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or business-related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred
